Thanks to Monika for her amazing, throat opening, meditative class last week, and for sharing some of her specialness with us.
Next week we are very excited to welcome a talented group of healers to our space: Sinton Vignos, SK Park, Indy Genao, and Stevie. Together we will give, receive, teach, and learn about body/energy work. All who are in need of healing, or want to learn more about shiatsu, amma massage, and reiki are welcome. It will be a good hang.

Thursday, June 3, 7pm with Sinton, SK, Stevie, and Indy.
If you haven't been fortunate enough to receive one of these three body/energy work treatments , this is a really good way to experience them at a low cost. Try one or all 3 for whatever ails. We'll also include some sharing and trading of tips and techniques, allowing for a more freestyle and educational experience. You can take it home with you. Sinton on Shiatsu, SK on Amma massage, Stevie and Indy double team on Reiki.

Yoga + Food - Thursday, June 17 with Seth and Dages
Seth and Dages team up to bring us a nourishing, nurturing, and inspiring evening. Seth is the man who taught us what the jump back is all about. Dages Juvelier Keates is the founder of Delicious Dialogues and loves to help folks feel and look their very best. She offers private nutritional counseling and catering through her Manhattan based office and co-founded The Garden with Maria Gray. She is a graduate from Bard College and advanced training program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

We are asking for a donation to allow us to continue to host these kind of events in the future. Donations go towards buying props, food, and other items that will deepen the experience we can offer and further our efforts. We are also accepting offerings of food (potluck), trade, or whatever you might be able to give.
