Yoga + Food is Back! + Yarn Retreat

Hello Dear Friends

Welcome to Fall and all it has to offer. Warm food and good company and a yoga class here and there. We've redone our kitchen in warmth and mountain tops and outfitted it to be very chef friendly. And we bought yoga straps, woo hoo! Plus we've changed the day to Wednesday so that all you art people can go to your Thursday night openings. That's how much we love you.

ART = VIBRATIONS = YOGA
