Kendra is sunshine, we are psyched to have her. She wears great socks.
We are asking for a donation to allow us to continue to host these kind of events in the future. Donations are on a sliding scale of $7 - $15, and will go towards buying props, food, and other items that will deepen the experience we can offer and further our efforts. We are also accepting offerings of food (potluck), trade, or whatever you might be able to give. We have some mats here, but it may be a good idea to bring your own.

BLANKETS
We're buying blankets!
Thanks to everyone for your donations, it's because of you that we now have blankets...solid color! Simple, just the way we like it.

Here's more about Molly and Simple Social Kitchen:
After working in the music business for close to 18 years, Chef Molly Neuman has expanded her horizons to open the Simple Social Kitchen, a personal chef, catering and consulting business. After becoming an ethical vegetarian at age 17 her relationship with food shifted towards exploring the vegetarian options in many cuisines of the world and through subsequent international travel with her band Bratmobile, had the fortune to sample many of the traditional preparations in their original countries.

Simple Social Kitchen specializes in natural, health supportive cuisine, inspired by the traditional cooking of the Americas, Southern Europe and Asia. We believe in using whole foods that are in season and locally grown whenever possible to ensure the use of the freshest and highest quality ingredients. We aim to make simple yet absolutely delicious food that nourishes your body, mind and spirit.

Yoga in Austin

Texas, baby...
Pics from Austin during SXSW Music Fest. We were fortunate enough to be doing yoga in the Temple of Boom!
Art by Kelie and Sto and Karl of Cinders Gallery. Check out their beautiful artwork below.
When the music's over...downward dog...
Teaching yoga to people who don't do yoga is the most fun I've had teaching yoga. For real.
I forgot to take my stage make-up off, looks crazy.

Thanks to Cinders Gallery for the art, Okay Mountain Gallery for hosting and Black Swan Yoga, Austin, for donating mats.

We were lucky enough to practice in the Temple of Boom, an art installation by Kelie, Sto and Kyle of Cinders Gallery, Brooklyn. Check out their amazing art below.

Thanks to Okay Mountain for hosting and Black Swan Yoga for donating mats.
