Thursday, May 13 - Luke + Reinghbeau

Hi Friends, lovers, musicians, artists, yoga people, etc...

This Thursday Monika H. will be teaching. Monika is a talented singer and yoga teacher. We're hoping she'll combine the two and teach us to sing and move and stretch and strengthen our bodies and our voices.

Lots of events coming up, too:
Bodywork, Yoga + Food, Special guest teachers, and a retreat!
Maybe even a month long BROGA residency (just say the word...)

Thanks to Luke's friends from Albuqueque for playing a quiet quiet set after yoga class last week.
Check out their music here: www.myspace.com/Reighnbeaumusic.
