Yoga + Food, Yoga for Dudes...

Hi Everyone!

We've been having a really fun time over here every Thursday night ... and this week Molly will be cooking for us. Amazing. We really appreciate everyone who's been teaching and participating, you guys have made it worthwhile.

Part of the fun is planning the next event...if anyone has a great idea for this Spring send them our way!
Thanks to Kendra for teaching last week. We did some wild throat opening exercises, good for singers...
