A Yoga Retreat By Music People
Yoga and music are both ways of tapping into our inner potential,
to expand beyond the limitations of our bodies. We'll use the rhythms and vibrations of music and our own movements to connect to ourselves and each other.
On the practical side, yoga is also a useful tool for stretching out after
riding in a tour van, alleviating that hang over, and dealing with internal band conflict!
Plus, it's real pretty and quiet up there.

FonLin is the bassist for Dragons of Zynth and is a founding member of Chica Vas.
Stevie is a artist and musician and teaches yoga at Golden Bridge.
Bizza is the drummer for Dragons of Zynth.
Monika is a voice teacher, yoga teacher, and singer for Xylos.
Molly Neuman played drums in Bratmobile and the Peechees, now she runs Simple Social Kitchen.
