So much thanks to Seth and Dages for an amazing night of Yoga + Food! Seth taught to a packed house (do we need a bigger space....?) and Dages made the most amazing raw tacos ever. Every bite makes you feel like you just did your body a favor. Seriously.

Hello Friends!

Thanks to Monika for her amazing, throat opening, meditative class last week, and for sharing some of her specialness with us.

Next week we are very excited to welcome a talented group of healers to our space: Sinton Vignos, SK Park, Indy Genao, and Stevie. Together we will give, receive, teach, and learn about body/energy work. All who are in need of healing, or want to learn more about shiatsu, amma massage, and reiki are welcome. It will be a good hang.

If you haven't been fortunate enough to receive one of these three body/energy work treatments , this is a really good way to experience them at a low cost. Try one or all 3 for whatever ails. We'll also include some sharing and trading of tips and techniques, allowing for a more freestyle and educational experience. You can take it home with you. Sinton on Shiatsu, SK on Amma massage, Stevie and Indy double team on Reiki.

Hi Friends, lovers, musicians, artists, yoga people, etc...

This Thursday Monika H. will be teaching. Monika is a talented singer and yoga teacher. We're hoping she'll combine the two and teach us to sing and move and stretch and strengthen our bodies and our voices.

Maybe even a month long BROGA residency (just say the word...)
